The Hoover SteamVac with Clean Surge uses five spinning brushes operating at either a low or a high speed to lift grime and dirt out of carpets. This mechanism works in tandem with a 12 amp motor. With the release of an upright handle, the machine releases hot water and carpet cleaner on the area of carpet that you desire. The Clean Surge feature releases an additional blast of cleaning solution onto the carpet to clean out tougher stains.
